Playland Adventure!

Wow ok so it has been a while since my last post! Well a lot has happened. It is summer vacation for Rob so we have been doing lots of fun things. Yesterday we decided to go to Playland since Hailey thoroughly enjoyed Crystal Palace when we were last home. She even went on the roller coaster and loved it!
So, now that Layla has settled into a predictable routine and enjoys being out for extended periods, it was the perfect opportunity and also they're both free under 3 haha. We only stayed for the morning, we weren't sure if we were going to go back after naps but the girls passed out for quite a while so we  just stayed home after. She is 36 inches pretty much on the dot so she was allowed to ride alone on some of the kiddie rides which was so fun to see! She loved any rides with cars haha. Layla got to go on a  train ride and tea cup ride as well since we could sit all together.
We are still working on line ups though. That was the hardest part, but she did pretty good.
Here are some pics!

My 2nd Christmas

Well poor Hailey was sick this Christmas :( It was nice because we had her nana and papa visit from NB and stayed with us over the holidays, but we all caught a really bad gastro flu. It wasn't pretty.
She was good for a few days before Christmas, we got some photos taken with Santa!

Christmas day was a different story.  It started off good, she was into unwrapping gifts it was sweet. Towards the end of the day, she really wasn't herself. She didn't want to eat and she caught the stomach flu:(
Here are some pics of Christmas followed by a special set of photos. My mom had given Hailey my grandmothers ring for Christmas. It belonged to the first born (daughter) which is my grandmother, then my mom, who's also the first born, then me, then Hailey. We all didn't get the ring, but just that it got passed down from a long line of first born (all girls) which is pretty cool! So since she was sick all of the holidays, I finally got to take some pics. Enjoy!
